Short privacy notice
This notice explains how Hanara LLC uses information submitted through the website's wholesale quote form.
What we collect
Your company, contact name, phone number, email address, city or region, buyer type, preferred reply method, selected products and case quantities, and any additional notes you provide.
Why we use it
- To review your request and prepare a private quotation;
- To contact you using your chosen method;
- To manage the request status and commercial correspondence;
- To protect the form against spam and abuse.
How long we keep it
An unanswered request or one that does not lead to business is deleted after 12 months. If the request becomes a business relationship, related commercial and accounting records may be retained for periods required by law or contract.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorized Hanara staff and technical providers that operate the website, database, security, and email delivery. The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information.
Security
The admin area is restricted to authorized users. The form uses technical abuse protection and submitted records are stored in a server-side database.
Your rights
You may ask for information about your data, correction, deletion, or restriction where provided by Georgian law. Contact commercial@hanara.ge.
